Woody’s Terms of Service
Workmanship
All work will be done in a professional and safe manner. We employ experienced tree climbers and groundsmen utilizing appropriate equipment, vehicles and safety gear..
Insurance Coverage
Woody’s is fully insured with General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. Copy of insurance is made available upon request.
Tree Permit
Customer is responsible for obtaining all required permits by the Local Governess bodies.
Underground Piping, Cables & Wiring Lines
It is the responsibility of the customer to let Woody’s Tree Service know if they have an invisible dog fence, sprinkler or septic system that impacts the area where work is being performed.
Natural Ground Trauma
The effect of removing trees, stumps, large branches can cause trauma surrounding ground areas. It is the customers responsibility to perform any ground repairs.
Stump Removal
Trees are cut as close to the grade level as possible without risking damage to our worker, tools and equipment. If stump removal is included in the contract, we machine grind the stump to its appropriate depth. This does include the roots in the surrounding area of the tree stump. The grinding of the stump leaves the ground with a mixture of dirt and mulch. The customer is responsible for all post stump removal work activities.
JULIE
Woody’s Tree Service will call JULIE if any stumps need to be removed. This process does take 2-3 days before we can get the all clear.
Weather Impact
Weather can impact work progress and completion. Rain, snow and winds will cause delays. We will communicate the work progress with the customer to insure the work is completed as soon as possible.
Vehicle and Heavy Equipment Accesibility
In the case that the use of neighboring property maybe required in order to position equipment and vehicles in the best possible place, we may require customer to request permission from their neighbor.
